Tofu Girls

Orders will be closed from November 7th through December 10th (extended!) as we're
heading to Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong on business trips (spreading Tofu Girls love around the world)! Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving!

Introducing the first series of the 2009 Tofu Girls tote bag collection! We really took your suggestions from last year and improved upon this year's bags:

- All our bags are made from a sturdy canvas for maximum durability;
- The insides are lined with an exclusive Tofu Girls fabric that was
custom made for our bags;
- Now there's a small pouch for loose items such as wallets and keys
for easier organization and with a Sturdy Zipper

And on top of all of that, we have all these fantastic designs to choose from! So sit tight, keep your eyes on the website and please enjoy the bags as they are released into the wild! :D

As some of you may have noticed, we have sold out of many of our items in our online store and also at Comic Con - the new totes are being replenished soon, and we do apologize for the delay! Thanks for your patience, we'll be posting available designs as soon as we get them in but it'll be a little longer before everything's up and ready for your shopping needs. We'll definitely be sending out a newsletter with any major update so keep an eye on those mailboxes!

Thank you everyone who came out to see us at Comic Con! We had an absolute blast talking with all of you, and it's always great to see familiar faces! (And plenty of new ones too!) The online shop for any current merchandise is currently undergoing inventory and we'll be updating with the new collection over the next week or two. Some of you mentioned that you didn't receive our last newsletter, so we'll be checking that and then updating everyone once everything's available. Thanks again and stay tuned!

Update: Our online shop will not be open during Comic-Con (July 21-25). Any orders place during this time will be process after Monday July 28th.

Comic Con is just around the corner, and we just have a fantastic show for you all this year! We'll be at Booth 1630 with our fun designs and wonderful staff as always, so please stop by and say hi!

We've got a few updates for you all, starting with the announcement of a special collaboration for this year's summer tote bag line:

Victoria Ying is a new Tofu Girls guest artist, whose lovely ladies will be gracing three tote bags this year. She'll be appearing at both Gallery Nucleus with their SEDUCTIVE ESPIONAGE: THE WORLD OF YUKI 7 show opening on July 3rd, as well as Anime Expo at table B-25 in Artist's Alley this year. Please give her a proper Tofu Girls welcome!

Along with that, we're sad to say that Tofu Girls will unfortunately not be at Anime Expo this year due to schedule conflicts. We'll be seeing you all at the San Diego Comic Con, hopefully! More details to follow with our booth location and special treats that we have in store for you all~

For those who might be traveling abroad, keep an eye out for this lovely limited edition tee that we have out only in Taiwan:

Once again designed by our wonderful resident artist Toto Wang, this tee comes in both black and white, and features a slightly darker tone than our usual fare.
