The mission of Tofu Girls is to inspire and create an environment in which female artists could be invited to participate and contribute to a brand that would essentially be created by women for women.

Returns and exchanges

We are committed to bringing you the best quality product that we can, and to constantly improve the site, products and service that we provide. Thus, your satisfaction is very important to us. Tofu Girls unconditionally guarantees the products we sell, and we will gladly replace or refund you for any item(s) you wish to return due to defects, bad sizing or general dissatisfaction with the product. We simply ask that the product be returned in salable condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached.

All returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt (except intimate apparel which can only be returned if defective) if you're unsatisfied with the color, size, or quality of your purchased item(s). You are responsible for providing the shipping fees in sending the package back to us unless we made a mistake with your order. In that case, please email us directly at info@tofugirls.com for specific instructions. Otherwise, all steps for returning merchandise are outlined below.

Steps to returning your item

If you would like to return or exchange merchandise purchased from the Tofu Girls online store please follow these instructions:

1. Please enclose the original invoice (make a photocopy for yourself first) with the product that you are returning. There will be a section on the back for you to fill out regarding the reasons for the return, and we kindly ask that you complete it before sending it back.

2. Pack the merchandise securely in a standard mailing box. USPS provides materials for free if you are mailing priority, and you can find shipping materials at your local office supplies store.

3. Address the item(s) with the invoice and merchandise to:

4. We ask that you insure package for the full value of the merchandise when you send it out. You are responsible for making sure that the returned package will be delivered in good condition. If the package gets lost in the mail, we cannot provide a refund, so we ask that you protect yourself by adding insurance when mailing. We also highly recommend that you add delivery confirmation so you can track the package yourself.

5. An email notification will be sent to you once return has been processed. Please allow 14 business days after the package has arrived at our offices to process your return before inquiring about it. If you have further questions, feel free to email us at info@tofugirls.com. Thank you very much!

Credited account refunds

Remember, all credit card refunds will be placed back on the card used for the original purchase.

Please allow 14 business days from the day we receive your package for your account to be credited.

Also, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement as some companies do not update this until then.
